Slaves to the lie: Pro-aborts attempt to shut down Abby Johnson at UW

Remember how we were promised abortion and the pill would make women happier, healthier and freer?

Remember how we were told abortion was the fulfillment of the American dream, would solve our nation's problems and rid us of inequality?

It didn't happen.

Exhibit A:
Sad woman pumping her body full of steroids in order to deny her normal and natural fertility.

The real war on women: contraceptives and curettes.

Does she know the health risks of contraceptives?

Exhibit B: I guess some people are more equal than others.
Dr. Mengele would be proud.

Exhibit C: Member of Seattle Clinic Defense. Are you really free if you have to defend abortion in your free time?

Exhibit D: No caption needed.

Exhibit E:
Why do they spend their time trying to make other less free by taking away their speech rights and then claim they are promoting freedom?

Exhibit F: If this is what abortion does to people in public I don't want to know what it does to them behind closed doors.

We don't need to change more hearts & minds, We need to shut down abortion clinics

One of the most irritating things you hear, especially near the Roe v. Wade anniversary, is seemingly well-meaning, but usually inactive pro-lifers, talk about how we need to change "hearts and minds" before we can see an end to the million and a half murdered babies each year in the United States. And usually everyone listening nods approvingly with a serious look on their faces as if they've just heard some deep profundity uttered.

Rubbish. Absolute rubbish.

40 Days for Life to Continue in Everett this Spring

We just received very good news that the Everett 40 Days for Life team will hold a Spring 2012 vigil outside the Everett Planned Parenthood on 32nds and Hoyt.

Here's part of the email we just got from the Campaign:
Dear Prayerful Supporters of Everett 40 Days for Life:

I hope this email finds you well.  Thanks to many of your encouragements and continued support we will continue our efforts during Spring 2012 Campaign from February 22 (Ash Wed.) to April 1 (Palm Sun).

We plan to make this campaign as simple as possible.  But we need your help and many of you know where the needs are.  Please feel free to share your thoughts/suggestions/visions/etc.

Our online Vigil Schedule is available for your sign-up.  Please consider having a sign-up table in your church during the next few weeks -- with your Pastor's approval, of course.

We also have a few forms (you can also click on FORMS on the upper menu area on our webpage) available online to get you started, i.e. Statement of Peace, Flyer/Poster, a Sample Letter to Pastor, Sample Bulletin Announcement, etc.
The Everett 40 Days Campaign has been hugely successful with several babies being saved from abortion there. One of them was just born in November 2011. The Helpers of God's Precious Infants, who helped close down the Aradia abortion clinic in Seattle a few years ago, were active prayer leaders at the Everett abortion mill before 40 DFL took off and have also saved several lives.

Planned Parenthood was so upset with the success of the pro-lifers they moved the entrance to the back alley on the east side of the building and put out a blockade of trees last summer to keep the abortion-bound women from discussing their options with pro-lifers. So much for choice.
New landscaping and changed entry way do not deter pro-lifers from reaching out to mom's and dads at Everett abortion mill.

Pro-Abortion "Vigil" Total Flop

The 40 Days for Life Campaign wrapped up this past Sunday, April 17th. The Washington state campaigns were all very successful with several babies and moms saved. At least two were saved at the Everett site, at least one or two at Cedar River Clinic in Renton, probably several at Tacoma due to closures.

Pia de Solenni reports on the anti-life "vigil" at the Northgate site yesterday.

Pia also reports on the fact, in our opinion, that this was one of the aggressive by supporters of abortion and Planned Parenthood.
The organizer of the local 40 Days vigil has had feces spread on her car, objects thrown at her while she was praying, and her house egged.
This writer was personally attacked at the Northgate site by a woman who grabbed my sign and threw it into traffic and began yelling at me. At the Everett site I witnessed them sending a woman to the hospital after a botched abortion.

The Northgate site was especially hostile as Pia notes. Last Thursday a woman burst onto the sidewalk with an "I support Planned Parenthood". She promptly began yelling at me, asking me if I supported war and the death penalty. She told told me how responsible she was because her mom took her to Planned Parenthood at 16 to get on birth control (BC) pills.

This story was very sad because this woman was very angry and upset. Who knows how many broken and abusive relationships she was subjected to because of her mother. And since BC pills don't prevent sexually transmitted diseases, was she exposed to any of the many strains of VD that are now so prevalent? Did she lose her fertility because of her use of BC pills and perhaps a VD? I didn't get a chance to ask her.

We finally had to part company when she decided to attack me verbally for not supporting government-funded birth control.

One has to ask, whatever happened to "keep the government out of my bedroom"? Maybe I'll get a chance to ask her next campaign.

Abortion Industry Imploding?

Our friends at Operation Rescue have made this comment on their web site and blog, "The abortion movement is failing and the industry is imploding." Other commentators have made similar pronouncements and many see the end of abortion as a very real possibility in the near future.

We certainly see signs of an implosion here in Washington but aren't willing to let our guard down.

Here's what we see from our perch:  Abortion numbers here are down.  From their highs in the 1990s of about 31,000 to about 21,000. This tracks with what we see across the country, for example, as was reported about Kansas abortion numbers this week.

40 Days for Life continues to irritate, upset and close abortion clinics. Just this week we got this notice about events at the Tacoma 40 Days for Life vigil site.
Just wanted to share good news from the front line - PP has been closed SEVERAL days, including at least one last week (may have been 2), then again yesterday (ABORTION DAY!) AND today.  Just a note on the door.  Customers showing up, several of whom we were able to re-direct to CareNet.  On one of the days, Richard, one of the death escorts, showed up.  He apparently saw the note and tried the door.  It was locked.  He got out his cell and made a call, after which he took off.  So it sounds very last minute with no notice even to the volunteers.  Praise be to God!
We've also observed unexpected closures at the Everett 40 Days for Life vigil site and customers who had appointments surprised that the abortuatry was not opened.

Other observations are that staff morale appears low. Deathscorts are few and far between. More babies and moms are being saved.

911 Audio Confirms: Planned Parenthood Ambulance was for Botched Abortion

We just got hold of the 911 call from the March 18 story which we broke. Our reporter and several 40 Days for Life witnesses saw a woman being evacuated by stretcher from the Planned Parenthood in Everett, Washington, and taken away by ambulance.

This Planned Parenthood is one of the region's most notorious abortion mills. The title of our piece was "Safe and Legal Abortion" claims another victim.

Some slavish abortion supporters challenged the notion that the emergency evacuation was of an abortion patient. Some even challenged the idea that it was a patient at all.

We quickly confirmed via Planned Parenthood CEO Christine Charbonneau that it was indeed a patient.

And now we can confirm that it was a botched abortion that sent the woman to hospital.

Baby Saved at Everett Planned Parenthood

We received word that another baby and mom were saved from abortion outside the Everett Planned Parenthood this week.

We won't publish any details on line so as to protect the family's privacy.

Thanks to everybody who helped and is helping this woman.

This is the second known save at this particular Planned Parenthood during this 40 Days for Life Campaign.

Answering the Critics of Our March 18 Article

On March 18th we posted this article, Safe and Legal Abortion Claims Another Vicitm at Everett Planned Parenthood.

It generated some comments in the combox that were critical of our reporting and defended Planned Parenthood's track record in particular and abortion in general.

Here at AIW we know and believe that every abortion kills an unborn human person and wounds the mother, father and society at large. Some of the people who work at Planned Parenthood and other abortion centers also know this, but for reasons particular to each person they keep trudging along in an industry that has no winners.

Here's a summary of the criticisms and our response:

Planned Parenthood Regional CEO Denies Patient Death

We wanted to give you an update on our story yesterday in which a woman was evacuated from the Everett Planned Parenthood abortion clinic by ambulance. Christine Charbonneau, CEO of Planned Parenthood of the Great Northwest (formerly Western Washington), responded yesterday afternoon by email.

In the email she admitted that the plaintiff victim was a patient (and not an employee as some have speculated), but denied that the client was deceased as some eye-witnesses had feared. She claimed "patient is very much alive, stable and getting care appropriate to the situation."

Safe and Legal Abortion Claims Another Victim at Everett Planned Parenthood

Woman getting evacuated in ambulance from Planned Parenthood abortion clinic in Everett, Washington, condition unknown. Planned Parenthood staff form line with umbrellas and poster board to obstruct public from viewing.
It was another eventful day at the Safe and Legal Abortion Center otherwise known as the Everett Planned Parenthood. Sadly, I was there to witness the transport of what appeared to be a severely injured woman to a North Everett Hospital. We are still investigating as to the severity of the botched abortion and only pray that it was not fatal or caused serious injuries.

Events started to unfold a little before 1:00 pm when I heard sirens approaching the corner of Hoyt and 32nd in Everett, Washington. As the red engine rounded the corned from the south I walked hastily to see if it would move beyond Planned Parenthood on Hoyt. Unfortunately it stopped and 3 paramedics unloaded their gear and went in the side entrance.

I had arrived at Planned Parenthood about 10:00 am today and noticed things were different. The sidewalk and the traffic in and out of the clinic weren't the usual hub of activity and conversation. Usually by about 11:00 to 11:30 women are exiting Planned Parenthood after their abortions and more women are arriving. And they come out the front door. Today this didn't happen. Every customer except one came out the side door on to the parking lot.

The arrivals were unusual too. Maybe two women came and left with little brown bags, probably condoms. One PP supporter came to make a donation. She proudly let me know she was "pro-choice".  I told her, "I can tell!" I wonder if she would have left her money if she had known they were in the middle of a botched abortion.

40 Days for Life Wraps up First Week

40 Days for Life started on March 9th this Spring and already it's been quite a campaign.

I've been praying at three locations: Everett, Northgate (North Seattle), and Kenmore (not an official 40 Days for Life site).

My first day out was last Thursday the 10th at the Northgate site. I hadn't been there long when a young woman assaulted us. She kicked our signs out into the street, tried to grab a sign out of my hand, and yelled that we weren't helping anybody. She claimed that she was poor and needed the birth control that Planned Parenthood provided.

Planned Parenthood: Bad for the Budget Town Hall Budget Meeting in Everett Last Night

I attended the governor's town hall budget meeting in Everett Last Night.

Planned Parenthood send over a bevy of young things in pink t-shirts to adovcate for making sure the government continues to fund pills and contraptions and abortions for the state's youth. The young college student who spoke explained how she needed to make sure she was able to get her pills through Planned Parenthood.

The last time I checked, helping college students have sex wasn't a critical government service.

Pro-lifers were well represented and Ed Mohs of the Everett 40 Days for Life Campaign got on the list to speak.

Several points he made to the governor and her board of advisors and need repeating:
-Abortion is not health care.
-Abortion and contraception do not save money.
-Contraception does not prevent abortion.
-Specifically the state should immediately defund any and all Planned Parenthood family planning programs and cease funding abortions ($7 million) and the transportation to those abortion appointments.

We'd also like to point out that the Take Charge program has been a complete failure. Our expose on this program uncovered the fact that:
When the program began, the state was paying out $200 million a year for childbirth services under Medicaid. That figure has shot up 50%, to $300 million under the program.
The state’s primary subcontractor for Take Charge, Planned Parenthood of Western Washington, has seen their annual revenues skyrocket from about $17 million to near $35 million since the program was started. According to Planned Parenthood of Western Washington’s latest Annual Report, “Over the previous 5-year period, approximately 70% of our clinic visits were covered by Take Charge." The state is then left to cover the cost of an abortion or a Medicaid birth.

It's time to cut-off Planned Parenthood.

Federal law requires that this program be revenue neutral, i.e. the money spent on government provided birth control must be offset by the savings in births avoided. No data or officials responsible for monitoring the program have demonstrated that to be the case with Take Charge.

These costs don’t even take into account the cost of treating sexually transmitted diseases that are promoted through Planned Parenthood’s free-for-all approach to sexuality. Neither does it account for treating the negative side-effects of abortion and contraceptive use such as cancers of the reproductive organs, infertility, ectopic pregnancy, depression and increased drug and alcohol use.

Planned Parenthood only provides testing to diagnose STDs and cancer. They never pay a cent for treating these conditions.

Where will the money come from to treat those problems?

Spring 40 Days for Life Campaign Ends with Baby Shower for Baby Saved from Abortion

Last fall Planned Parenthood's Everett abortion center had schedule a beautiful baby girl to die by abortion, for a fee of course.

However, fate intervened and saved the mom from a lifetime of despair and baby from death.

See the April 11th, 2010 Everett 40 Days for Life Victory Rally and baby shower pictures here.

40 Days for Life Campaign Gets off to Great Start with Kick-Off Rally

From the Everett 40 Days for Life Campaign that started September 23rd and runs through November 1st.

Faithful Supporters,

Last night, we sang, prayed, and listened marking the beginning of our Fall Everett 40 Days for Life journey. As emcee, Michelle McIntyre, 2007 Campaign Coordinator, opened the evening by inviting Father Olson of St. Mary Magdalen, who led in prayer. Father proclaimed portions of Luke's Gospel. Then he provided
us with words of inspiration: continue to fast, pray, vigil for an end to abortion.

Our main speaker, "Wendy,"told us her true and painful story as a young abortion industry worker. She brought many to tears. Her departing words to us were a reminder to always remember to pray for those who work behind the walls of an abortion clinic. We pray for their hearts and minds to change.Following Wendy, Ed Mohs, 2009 Everett 40 Days for Life Coordinator, gave an account of God's blessings through 40 Days for Life.

Over 1,500 abortions have not taken place since Fall 2007 40 DFL. And he told portions of a talk by David Bereit following the end of Spring 2009 in which David told the people of South Dakota to believe and proclaim the end of abortion, then to act in a manner to end abortion. After a break for snacks and socializing, Michelle played a 45 minute video on sidewalk outreach. Attendence was near 75 participants.

Praise God! Our first day at the vigil site is well attended and all shifts covered. We prayer, sang, and distribute many pro-life materials. It is a humble blessing to be there on site where women and children are violently harmed. May God continue to bless us as we proceed through these 40 days.

Register for vigil hours here.

Planned Parenthood to stay out of Pasco for now; Children safe to enjoy corn maze

From our Pasco correspondent:

The Pasco City Planning Commission met this evening (Thursday Sept. 17, 2009) to vote on the special permit request to locate a Planned Parenthood facility adjacent to Mark Twain Elementary. Since the last meeting Planned Parenthood has offered to place a 6-ft high brick wall separating the clinic (where abortions could potentially be performed) from the elementary school.

After much deliberation at the on how to present the vote to the city council, the commission voted 3 to 2 to recommend denial of the permit to Planned Parenthood. The denial recommendation now goes to the city council. During the meeting the director of the City Economic Development, David White stated to planning commission the "staff" are in favor of approving the permit.

After the meeting Planned Parenthood advised a television reporter they were going to appeal the decision. I learned their appeal will be presented to the City Council along with the decision by the commission. The next city council meeting is scheduled for October 5th, but the appeal process could run into early November.

It is very important that the Pasco Community keep up the momentum we have gained in the past two months to oppose the special permit by calling the city planning commissioner, their councilmen/women, and by prayers during the coming 40 days campaign. It is important to note that the permit appeal process begins at almost the very same time the 40 days for Life campaign begins.

The Tri-City Herald has published their version of events and also announced the pleasant news that the planning commission did approve a request for a corn maze. The children of Pasco will be safe from the perverts at Planned Parenthood for another few months.

"There's a very ugly smell in there."

An "ugly smell" was reported to be emanating from the Everett Planned Parenthood around noon on Friday April 3rd. Staff left in a hurry and appointments were cancelled as doors were locked at 12:15.

Speculation has centered on perhaps a backed up sewer or garbage disposal.

Inquiries to Planned Parenthood have gone unanswered.

Monroe Planned Parenthood Abortion Mill Closes

Read the story about it in the Everett Herald here.

Of course Herald "reporter" accepts PP line without asking any questions. Incompetent fools.

Winning is Easy

It's writing a blog that's hard.

Or so it would seem from the slipshod coverage of the 40 Days for Life Campaign from Planned Parenthood's roving activist "Emily X". The creepy, back-alley, assasin-on-the run style blog "I am Emily X" finally got around to covering the Everett Campaign.

Telling the truth also seems to be to difficult for Planned Parenthood.

We have seen no one with an umbrella, yellow or otherwise.
We have seen no one with a vest, yellow or otherwise.
There has not been one "graphic poster".

Short notice? The schedule has been posted on-line for several weeks.

As part of their "Pledge-a-Protester" campaign she also lists "Protesters: 7". How could anyone trust that number after all the other lies in the post.

If you are a "Pledge-a-Protester" supporter and want to make sure Planned Parenthood is telling you the truth about how many "protesters" were out on the day Emily X claims to have been there, email me and we'll get you the correct number.
